1. The MoroRide platform
MoroRide provides technology that allows riders and concierges to request rides and receive offers from independent driver-guides. Unless expressly stated otherwise, MoroRide is not the transport provider, employer, agent or owner of a driver's vehicle. Drivers are responsible for legal authorisations, vehicle condition, insurance and delivery of transportation services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
- Registration information must be accurate and kept current.
- You are responsible for account security and activity performed through your account.
- Drivers must complete requested verification and keep licence, vehicle and eligibility information valid.
- Concierges may create bookings only with authority from the guest or organisation they represent.
3. Ride requests and offers
A ride request is an invitation for drivers to accept or make an offer. A booking becomes agreed only after the applicable offer/selection and confirmation flow is completed. Dates, pickup details, passenger information, language needs and notes must be accurate. Drivers must not accept overlapping work they cannot safely and lawfully complete.
4. Fares and payments
Displayed estimates may use distance, time, passenger count, vehicle type and platform configuration. A rider's proposed price or a driver's counter-offer may differ from an estimate. The confirmed fare is shown before agreement. Available payment methods depend on the current platform mode and region. Taxes, tolls, parking or exceptional costs must be disclosed where applicable.
5. Cancellations and conduct
Users must act lawfully, respectfully and safely. Harassment, discrimination, dangerous conduct, fraud, false documents, off-platform manipulation, unauthorised account sharing, abusive content and interference with the service are prohibited. Cancellation consequences, if any, should be shown before confirmation or communicated through support.
6. Location, calls, chat and safety
Location and communication tools are provided to coordinate rides and improve safety. They are not emergency services and may be delayed or unavailable. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency authority. Users must not misuse tracking, calls, chat, photos or personal information.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant MoroRide a limited licence to host, process and display it as needed to operate and secure the service. MoroRide branding, software, interfaces and content are protected and may not be copied, reverse engineered or commercially reused without permission.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for safety risks, legal requirements, fraud, policy violations or misuse. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, dispute records and intellectual-property protections, remain effective.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Travel, traffic, third-party conduct, connectivity and independent transportation services involve risks outside MoroRide's direct control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes, governing rules and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted. These terms are governed by applicable Moroccan law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights.
